Governor Ikpeazu defeats Uche Ogah at Appeal Court

The court of appeal has dismissed the judgement of the High Court which had sacked Okezie Ikpeazu as governor of Abia State, leading to the issuance of a Certificate of Return to Uche Ogah.

However, Ogba has indicated that he would head to the supreme court, believing he has a good case.
