An Ogudu Magistrates’ Court has restrained Jonathan Emoghase from coming close to his wife for 12 months because of incessant physical assault. Magistrate Olufunke Sule-Amzat said Emoghase would be jailed if he flouted the order.The order was at the instance of his wife, Janet, who lodged a complaint against him through the Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team (DSVRT).DSVT Coordinator
